THE BOOK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING UPDATES:

Summary of changes from V2.0 to V3.1 include:

• Quick lookup table at the front of the book (page 1)
• Inserted section title pages for Procedural Guidelines and Technical Information (page 13) and Detailed Truck Codes (page 50)
• New section on sharing access permits (Section 3.3.1)
• Further detail on how steer allowances are applied (Section 3.4.3)
• Updated wording on Intelligent Access Program (IAP) & Telematics Monitoring Application (TMA) for HML in NSW and QLD (Section 3.6)
• Updated PBS notices for road trains in NSW and QLD (Section 3.7)
